1. Agreement

By purchasing or accessing the PDF Farming Method (the "Product"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License & Resell Rights

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Product. Master Resell Rights allow you to resell the Product to your own customers and keep 100% of your profits. You may not claim to be the original author, and you may not resell at a price that devalues the Product.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Your purchase confirmation acts as your receipt.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. No Income Guarantee

The Product is educational. We do not guarantee any specific income or results. Your results depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content within the Product is protected by copyright. You may not redistribute the raw files for free, share login access, or upload the Product to file-sharing sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after updates constitutes acceptance.
